The Emerald Age.

Enter into a "Emerald Age" where after environmental reform and human rights for all has been implemented and enforced, society has significant advances and growth in STEM and liberal arts such as literature, philosophy, and culture because all minorities, oppressed groups, and oppressed countries (countries where democratically elected leaders have been overthrown by westarn nations, women, racial and ethnic minorities, GRAIED identities, people with different abilities, etc.) have access to the same opportunities and society exists in a way that people are not held down by discrimination, extremism, mediocrity, violence, exploitation of capitalism and colonialism. ****Idea: make two seperate versions that have the same demands but have different word choices to reduce resistance amoung different target audiences, as the goal is to get eveyone on board. *****

How would society work?

Everyone would have their basic needs met. In terms of work, we would identify all jobs that are harmful or aren't neccesary and remove those. Automate as much as possible. If there was work that needed to be done that wasn't getting done, it would function similarly to jury duty and people would get placed into positions that are a best fit for them.

For people that want to hire others to help with a project- they would have to provide an incentive that made people interested, or they could barter work. They help someone with their project and the other person helps back.
