Unrelated note: We are going to lose 1.7 million voters in 2024.
We need to address voting rights.
There's a lot of people that don't have the right to vote, either through inaccessibility or because they literally don't have the right.
Voting is tied to land ownership, which resembles slavery issues I have discussed in other posts.
The population of homeless people in California is greater than ___ of counties in the US.
Any of the following demographics that have a higher number of people (especially that do not vote, as they would not be covered by other reps) over the population number of people in a county, state, etc. would have their own legislative representative. Because it's like they are their own district/state/territory.
This representative would represent, or be one for each (didn't have time to check population numbers and voting percentages):
-Homeless People
-Nomadic People
-Disabled People
-Victims of Domestic Violence
-People on Conservatorships
-Fostercare Youth
-Fostercare Adults
-Incarcerated People
