If I were to do this, I'd look into the study in Germany about using literature to predict civil unrest.
Then find similar forecast methods for other areas- climate change, economics, etc.
I'd have all that listed out and tied together into one cohesive global model.
Then I'd learn a lot about psychology and how people and groups behave. I'd learn the same for cultures and historical patterns.
And then the whole time I'd be doing chakra meditations, for that one chakra on intuition.
And then I'd collaborate with other forecasters! And stick with people that are consistently accurate.
